Reading God’s Word: Isaiah 40:12-41:29

Advent Reading: Ephesians 2:1-10

Memorizing God’s Word: Isaiah 40:28 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

Meditating on God’s Word: Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Praying God’s Word: Father, it is so comforting to know that you will never leave me or forsake me, and that when I feel weak and weary, I can call on you to give me strength. You never tire of me asking for your help. I don’t understand it, but you invite me to trust you. Thank you for always being there for me. Amen.
