Praying God’s Word: “Lord, I need to pray this prayer regularly. Search me. Shine the searchlight of your love into every part of my heart and life. Lovingly, gently, but accurately, expose me, reveal to me what is really in my heart. Show those offensive, selfish ways that are in my heart. Show me my sin. Show me my lack of trust. And then lead me into your grace and mercy. Lead me to love others. Lead in your way, Jesus. I will follow you. Amen.”
