Praying God’s Word: “Lord, having finished reading Your Law, which reflects Your character, I find myself wondering with the Psalmist, ‘How can a person stay on this path?’ You know I have walked this path imperfectly. Yet in Your Word You remind me of the good news—that I was created, along with Adam and Eve, to walk with You. That from the moment that humankind turned into sin, You promised to save. Help me to remember the promises whispered in these pages when I’m tempted to turn away from You. Amen.”
