Memorizing God’s Word: Colossians 2:6,7 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, ⁷ rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 97:10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, I need to ask your forgiveness for the times when I give in to the evil influences in this world. There are so many ways that sin and evil are being brought before us every day. May I be a faithful disciple who follows you. May I not be afraid to speak up for what is right. And in all my ways, may I always speak the truth in love. Amen.”
