Praying God’s Word: “Father, we are introduced to the rich young ruler in today’s meditation who walked away from salvation due to his great wealth. If we are honest, we all know people in our own lives who have been caught up in the things of this world, and we sometimes wonder if they will ever come to know you. It seems impossible from our perspective, but we are reminded that what appears impossible to us is possible for You. Help us to cling to that promise, believing that You can save anyone, as you are the God of the impossible.”
