Reading God’s Word: Mark 16:1 – Luke1:4; Psalm 44:17-26

Memorizing God’s Word: Ephesians 5:2 and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

Meditating on God’s Word: Mark 16:6 “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, what incredible hope we have in these words! Christ died, Christ was buried, and on the third day, Christ ROSE again! I’m sure it took some time to sink in. I can hear the women in the tomb frantically saying, ‘He was here! We laid Him right here!’ And then the angel’s words sank deeper into their hearts: ‘He is not here. He has risen!’ May those words sink deep into my heart as well, and may my life testify to their truth. Death is not the end. Fear has no power. All because the tomb is empty and He is risen indeed! In that death-defying name I pray, amen.”
