Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 100:1-2 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.  

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, we start our work week with a heart simply to praise You today! You deserve all our honor, praise, and worship. Because of You and what You have done for me; I can have real Joy despite my circumstances or whatever else I may face this week. Amen.” (After you have prayed, please take a moment, listen to a worship song; just take those few minutes to sing and praise Him!)
