Reading God’s Word:  2 Kings 15-16; Psalm 26

Memorizing God’s Word:  Ephesians 2:10 “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Meditating on God’s Word:  Psalm 26:2 Test me, Lord, and try me, examine my heart and my mind.

Praying God’s Word: “‘Test me, Lord, and try me, examine my heart and my mind.’  Oh God, may this be my prayer each and every day.  That I would come into your presence with an open heart and mind and you would reveal any sin or impure motives that may have taken root.  Soften my heart for the sin exposed as I seek out your forgiveness.  For you are not a God of judgment, but of unfailing love, grace, and mercy.  Amen.”
