Reading God’s Word: Isaiah 44:1-23
Advent Reading: John 1:1-17
Memorizing God’s Word: Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Meditating on God’s Word: Isaiah 44:23 Sing for joy, you heavens, for the Lord has done this; shout aloud, you earth beneath. Burst into song, you mountains, you forests and all your trees, for the Lord has redeemed Jacob, he displays his glory in Israel.
Praying God’s Word: Lord, today we celebrate You sending Jesus to sweep away our offenses, so that we may return to You as those who are redeemed. This is why our love for You should pour out, overflowing, as it cannot be contained in our vessel. May we seek to feel overwhelmed by Your love, that we may burst into song as your display of glory, Amen!
