Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 136:1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good.            His love endures forever.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, I give thanks to you today, for you are good, and your love endures forever. Twenty-six times in a row in this psalm we read this phrase “His love endures forever.” Oh may these words penetrate our hearts! Let the repetition drive it so deep into our hearts and minds that it lodges there permanently and shapes our thinking and living. Your love endures forever. Your love endures forever. Your love endures forever! Amen.”
