The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual, strategic, and pastoral leadership to Church of the Open Door, guiding the congregation in fulfilling its mission of “Leading People in the Adventure of Becoming Like Christ.”

The pastor will succeed Dr. Jim Mindling, building on his legacy of biblical preaching, disciple-making, and community engagement while leading the church into its next season of growth and impact across its four Northeast Ohio and one Dominican Republic campuses.

Compensation: Full-Time Salary with benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications (Exempt & Ministerial)

Work Schedule: 45-50hrs/week. Tuesday-Sunday

The Executive Director of the Open Door Counseling & Community Center provides leadership and oversight for the operation of the Center, ensures the delivery of quality mental health services, supervises staff and training, manages resources, implements programs that support mental well-being and schedule community classes. Additionally, the Director will directly counsel clients as part of the position.

The Executive Director (with support of the Board of Directors) is to be an advocate and champion of the Center towards the community and will ensure that the vision, mission and biblical values of Church of the Open Door and the Center is upheld in all activities.

The Women’s Ministry Director provides leadership and oversight for all women-related ministry, discipleship activities, outreach, and events across all campuses. She does so primarily by leading a Women’s Ministry Team of volunteers at each campus. She is also the champion and liaison for Women’s Ministry within the church and disciples women to follow Jesus, learn from Jesus, and become like Jesus.

Compensation: Part-Time Salary (Exempt & Ministerial)

Work Schedule: 20-25hrs/week. Monday-Friday
