Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 58:11 Then people will say, “Surely the righteous still are rewarded; surely there is a God who judges the earth.” 

Praying God’s Word: Father, yes, there are times when I see the wicked prosper. I wonder when will evil doers be punished. At those times let me be comforted by your Word, and be reminded that you are in control, and that those who stay true to you will indeed one day be rewarded. I do not always understand your ways, but help me trust you in difficult times, and rest assured that evil will be one day punished, and faithfulness rewarded. Amen.
