Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 22:60-62 “Peter replied, ‘Man I don’t know what you’re talking about…” The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him… And he went outside and wept bitterly.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, It is so easy for me to sit here and judge Peter for denying the Lord. But then I remember the countless times I have had an opportunity to share the gospel and didn’t. Or the times when I found myself doing the very thing that I swore I would never do, and I realize that I am no different than Peter – denying the Lord by my disobedience. But you are always faithful and willing to forgive. Help me this day to be faithful to you in all I do and say. Amen.”
