Reading God’s Word: Matthew 25:1-13; Psalm 55:16-23

Memorizing God’s Word: Psalm 56:3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

Meditating on God’s Word: Matthew 25:11-12 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’“But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, let us not be unprepared to meet you face-to-face. There are no worse words that you could say to us than “I don’t know you.” But may we be like David who writes, “I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice.” (Ps.55:17b). You heard him because You, “will never let the righteous be shaken” (v. 22b). May we live in relationship with You daily, so that You may know us when You return. Amen.”
