Praying God’s Word: “Lord, let your light and your truth lead us today. What a beautiful phrase, and what a beautiful God you are. When we’re at our lowest, believing all sorts of lies about ourselves, our circumstances, our God, your light and truth are the antidote to our despair. When our spirits are weighed down, you aren’t just joy, but our exceeding joy! A joy that supersedes sorrow. A joy that can only be found in you. Lead us to your altar today, in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
