Memorizing God’s Word: Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free”

Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 51:10  “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, When I sin, convict me of my sin. Whether it’s a sin of commission where I commit a sin by doing something I know is wrong or whether it’s a sin of omission where I omit to do, where I fail to do what I should have done, show me my sin so I may confess it, repent of it and receive your forgiveness. And then restore to me the joy of your salvation. Create in me a pure heart O God and renew within me a deeper loyalty to you and your way. Amen.”
