Meditating on God’s Word: John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord Jesus, I understand you have not come to take us out of this world, but to teach us how to live IN this world, full of your presence and peace. When we face trouble, which you said would happen, may we take heart knowing that full of the Holy Spirit, we can overcome the world and everything it throws at us. Amen.”
