Memorizing God’s Word: 1 John 5:12, He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

Meditating on God’s Word: 3 John 11, Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God. 

Praying God’s Word “Lord, the contrast made between Diotrephes and Demetrius helps me reflect upon what it means to ‘contend for the faith’ (Jude 3). Diotrephes: loves to be first, gossips, malicious, not welcoming and stops others from doing good. Demetrius: well-spoken of by others and speaks the truth. It can be easy to slip and follow ungodly desires, or people. May mercy, peace and love be ours in abundance today and until the day you return! Amen.”
