Meditating on God’s Word: Acts 5:29 Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings!” 

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, when my life on earth is over, I will bow the knee before you in heaven. There is no other name that I will answer to. Remind me of that when I face selfishness, temptation, and the lure of the crowd. As your disciple, help me to show my love to you by my obedience. Amen.”
