Memorizing God’s Word: Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. 

Meditating on God’s Word: Psalm 148:13-14 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted; his splendor is above the earth and the heavens. And he has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his faithful servants, of Israel, the people close to his heart. Praise the Lord.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord God, Creator of heaven and earth, what a magnificent Psalm to reflect on your magnificence! In it we hear the universal hallelujah heard throughout the universe! A song which you began in Genesis, and carry through Revelation. Every galaxy of space, angel of heaven, creature of earth, man, woman, and child; we all share one common purpose, to glorify our Creator. May we not miss this call to worship today, for we have more reason to praise than the rest of creation combined. Our God, unmatched in His greatness, has drawn near and made us a ‘people close to his heart.’ Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Amen and amen.”
