Praying God’s Word: “Lord, may we obey this proverb with great diligence; may we “pay attention and turn our ears to the sayings of the wise.” Fools ignore wisdom, but blessing comes to those who seek wisdom, who pay attention and apply their hearts to gaining and living out wisdom. So, Father, breathe into our hearts and minds your wisdom. May we be attentive to it and quick to live it out. Wisdom is found in knowing you, walking with you, soaking in your words and living them out. Amen.”
