Reading God’s Word: John 6:16-24; Psalm 44:1-16
Memorizing God’s Word: John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
Meditating on God’s Word: John 6:19-20, “When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus approaching the boar, walking on the water; and they were frightened. But he said to them, ‘It is I; don’t be afraid’.”
Praying God’s Word: “Lord Jesus, with You, I can weather any storm! But without You, I am totally lost. No matter what else is going on around me, Your presence brings peace! You are the God of all comfort—comfort me with Your presence today. When the cares of this life threaten to overwhelm me, let me hear Your voice reminding me that You are nearby. Amen.”
