Reading God’s Word: John 2:1-12; Psalm 35:11-28
Memorizing God’s Word: John 1:12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
Meditating on God’s Word: John 2:11 What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.
Praying God’s Word: “Lord, the turning of water into wine was just one of many wonders the disciples witnessed firsthand as they followed You. Again and again, you revealed Your glory during Your time on earth, giving them glimpses of who You are. And even today, you continue to reveal Yourself in countless ways. Through creation, your majesty is displayed. Through Your Word, you make known Your character and attributes. But it is in Your Son, Jesus Christ, that the clearest revelation of Your glory shines bright. Open my eyes to see the daily ways You make Yourself known. Strengthen my faith to believe, as the disciples did, and help me trust that every glimpse of Your glory is meant to draw me nearer to You. May my life also be a sign that points others to Your transforming power. Amen.
