Reading God’s Word:  John 14-15; Psalm 15

Memorizing God’s Word: John 13:34-35 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Meditating on God’s Word: John 14:1, 6 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.”; “Jesus answered: ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, if I’m honest, there are so many times, even when I come to Your Word, when I allow all sorts of things to trouble me. Most of the time, it doesn’t really feel like I have a choice in the matter, and yet here, you say to your disciples, ‘Do not be troubled,’ which is a command that I can obey through Your strength. Today, I choose to believe that You are the way when there is no way, that You are the truth even when my eyes can’t see it and my mind can’t comprehend it, and that You are the life, and the only One worth living for. Amen.”
