On Sunday, November 20th, we held our annual Night of Worship and Thanksgiving. This year though, the night also served as the Grand Re-opening of the Auditorium and CrossRoads at our Elyria campus (it’s been under renovation), so the excitement level was extra high even before the doors opened!
And it only got more exciting as the night went on. Through singing and celebrating, we thanked God for all the He has done and is doing at this church and in the lives of his people. 58 people were baptized and hundreds more “shook hands with Jesus,” as one pastor phrased it. And our people weren’t quiet about it!
Of course, our worship leaders were excited.
Our other church staff members were pretty pumped up, too.
Those who were baptized celebrated…
…and the people who were worshiping together and witnessing the baptisms celebrated!
Even the little ones loved it!
And if you can believe it, there were even more amazing stories than just these. God showed up and moved big time in the lives of so many people. It truly was a Night of Worship to remember!
