Reading God’s Word: Hebrews 13:18 – James 1:18, Psalm 136:19-26

Memorizing God’s Word: Hebrews 12:1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,

Meditating on God’s Word: James 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Praying God’s Word “Lord, thank you. All that I have that’s good and perfect is from you. You have showered me with so many extravagant moments and incredible people.  Every single moment of love has been poured from your hand. Every rainbow, every sunset, every kiss and starry night were painted with your fingers. Every dollar in my bank, every blade of grass in my yard and each gallon of gas in my vehicles are results of your riches, not mine. In a world that seems to be changing by the minute, Jesus, you never change. And your mercy, your forgiveness and your love is the greatest gift of all. Amen.”
